She was predeceased by: her daughter Patricia A. Jaffe; her parents, Anna Lily and Joseph John Schmitz, II (William John); her brother Joseph J. Schmitz, III; her sister-in-law Marion W. Schmitz; her brother Richard H. Schmitz; her siblings-in-law, Edward J., Dorothy H. Walusiak, Victoria (Walusiak) and William Anderson; and her sons-in-law, Stanley Clark and David Kuhlow.
She is survived by: her husband William John; her children, Wayne Walusiak (Susie) of Spring Grove, Caryn Zakko (Hazim) of Chicago, Wendy Wils (Donald) of Glenview, Kenneth Walusiak (Debbie) of Des Plaines, Mary Stephanie Kuhlow of Spring Hill, Karla Hypes of Naperville and Merry K. Clark of Arlington Heights; her grandchildren, Benjamin Walusiak, Lauren Bricker (Daniel), Jennifer Kurshunov (Kirill), Eric Walusiak, Taylor Hypes, Dillon Hypes and Adam Kuhlow; and her great grandchildren, Zachary Bricker and Mason Bricker.
