She was predeceased by: her husband Reg. She is survived by: her children, Leslie and Ron; her children-in-law, Larry and Louisa; and her grandchildren, Mitchell, Riley, Michele and Dave.

The family has requested that any memorial donations in Shirley's name be made to the Milton District Hospital Foundation.
