He was predeceased by: his son Daniel; his brother Curtis Muehlenbruch; his parents, Otto F. Muehlenbruch and Rebecca J. Muehlenbruch; and his former wife Debbie Muehlenbruch.

He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Dana Gardner (Brian) and Amy Gitzke (Matt); his grandchildren, Lucy, Bryce and Gabby; and his siblings, Susan Muehlenbruch, Jerry Muehlenbruch, Rosemarie Thornton and Loreda Sturgeon. He is also survived by several sisters- and brothers-in-law, many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to cancer research in Bill's memory is appreciated.
