She was predeceased by : her parents, Alva Clyde Wood and Tessie Mable Wood; her husband James Pearl Allen; her brothers, Sabathiel Pascal Wood, Alva Clyde Wood, Jr. and William Patrick Wood; and her nephew Phillip Goodwin.
She is survived by : her sister Wanda Ruth Wood-Goodwin of Herrin, Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
