With solemn reverence, we commemorate Janalee I. Darling of Dewey, Illinois, whose life came to an end on October 9, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Weber and Juanita Weber (Kirby); her husband Gary Darling; and her brother Kent Weber. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Dalton (Rockey) of Mansfield, Jeffrey Darling (Gina) of Fisher and Darian Darling (Kristin) of Fisher; her grandchildren, Danielle, Dustin, Tyler, Payton and Mackenzie; her great grandchildren, Dalton, Titan, Emma, Thomas, Isla and Amelia; her siblings, Norman Weber of Jamestown, Tennessee and Cherilyn Womack (Tom) of Jamestown, Tennessee; and her sister-in-law Rhonda Danner (Charlie) of Metamora.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church (2201 County Rd 900 E, Champaign, IL 61822). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church, or the Alzheimer's Association.
