She was predeceased by : her parents, Vern Fulk and Ethel Fulk (Sparling); her husband Bill Tarr; her brother Donald Fulk; and her half-brother Glen Kincaid.
She is survived by : her daughter Brenda Tarr of Springfield; her brother Alfred Fulk (Wanda) of Dieterich, Illinois.; and her nephews, Brad Fulk (Mary) of Hereford, Arizona, Chris Kibler of Plainfield, Illinois and Paul Kincaid (Bobbie) of Pekin, Illinois..
