He is survived by: his wife Arletha Hope Parker of Dieterich; his children, Heather Mumma of Effingham, Illinois, Johnna Cook (John) of Effingham and Billy Parker (Amanda) of Princeton, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Miriah Broeker (Shaun), Adrian Parker, Veronika Mumma (Zac Slifer), Penelope Parker (Brady Bosecker), Matthias Cook and Preston Parker; his great grandchildren, Eva Darleen Broeker and Grace Broeker; and his siblings, Mary Matthews of Green Briar and Eric Parker of Washington.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Meyer Funeral Home-Newton (307 W Jourdan St, Newton, IL 62448). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
