He was predeceased by : his parents, Mathias E. "Matt" Mayhaus and Helen M. Mayhaus (Stuckey); and his son Matthew. He is survived by : his wife Tracy Jo Hayes of Dieterich; his children, Mark (Macy) of Teutopolis and Chasity of Dieterich; his brother Mike of Effingham; and his grandchildren, Madilynn and Marshal.
