She is survived by: her brother Lynn Perry (Gloria) of Glen Carbon, IL; her grandchildren, D. O. (Shelley), Andrew Hendricks (Emily) of Overland Park, KS, Kristina Giles (Gabe) of New York City and Emily Escovar (Matthew) of Highlands Ranch, CO; her son F. Douglas Hendricks of Spring, TX; her grandsons, Ryan Hendricks (Amanda), Ross Hendricks of The Woodlands, TX and Riley Hendricks (Amie) of Boise, ID; her son Perry L. Hendricks (Diane) of Farmersville, IL; and her grandchildren, Anthony Hendricks of Farmersville and Lindsay Hendricks of Springfield. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
