She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonas Baker and Dorothy Nichols Baker; her husband Gary D. Carter, Sr.; her son Richard Wade Carter; and her sisters, Barb Baker and Patricia Trueblood.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Carter, Jr. (Jaimee) and Eric Carter (Mary); and her daughter-in-law Jodi Carter. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
