He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Auker and Emeline Auker; his siblings, Mary Ann, Jim, Leon, Paul and Luke; his sister-in-law Charlene; and his grandson Bryson.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Brubacker; and his children, Jennifer Wenger (Lloyd), Jonathan (Nicole), Mark (Melissa), David (Faith Marie), Kenneth (Lillian), Stephen (Gloria), Michael (Dawn) and Jeffrey (Anita). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, 6 brothers, 4 sisters, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walnut Hill Mennonite Church (1221 County Rd 675 E, Centralia, IL 62801). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
