He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Emma Tinsley (Hill) and Adra Tinsley; and his brothers-in-law, Dan Tinsley, Carl Lane and Jim Burnes.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Tinsley; his children, Dr. Tyson Tinsley (Kelly) of Dix and Kara Tinsley of Dix; his grandchildren, Becker Andrews, Tinsley Andrews, Addison Tinsley and Clover Tinsley; and his sisters, Mary Burnes, Carolyn Lane and Cathy Justice.
The family has requested no flowers or memorial gifts, but instead, that people plant a tree, take a kid fishing, or just watch the birds for a while.
