She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carrington and Illa Carrington (Willstead); her husband Roger Corning; her daughter Marcella Corning; and her sister Karen Holbert.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Oros (Andy), Kelly Lohse (Roy), Laura Taylor (Robert) and Douglas Corning; her siblings, Linda Campbell (Scott) and John Carrington (Sandy); her brother-in-law Steve Holbert; and her grandchildren, Raymond Lohse, Marlee Oros, Amelia Lohse, Ben Oros, Adeline Lohse, Eli Lohse, Keanen Corning, Jacob Corning, Marci Green, Melody Bearden and Megan Ziegenhorn. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (612 Highland Ave, Dixon, IL 61021). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (416 S Dement Ave, Dixon, IL 61021).
