He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Biggs and Ruth Biggs (Leach); and his sister Beullah Belle Ganther. He is survived by: his wife Lavon Biggs; his children, David Biggs (Marianne) and Diane Biggs; and his granddaughter Molly Biggs.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to First Christian Church Disciples of Christ Dixon, IL 61021 and/or Lee County 4-H Foundation.
