She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Prentice and Margaret Prentice (Kennedy); her husband Bert Wise; and her siblings, Dixie Johnston, Donna Lunardon, James and Harry Prentice.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Wise (Debra) of Morton, Jody D. Mitchell (Timothy) of Dixon, Mark A. Wise (Jo) of Queen Creek, AZ and Scott W. Wise (Beth) of Mendota; her grandchildren, Aaron Wise (Emily), Jenny O'Dowd (Brian), Kyle Wise (Alejandra), Ashley O'Brien Roux (Nathan), Cooper, Keaton O'Brien, Grace Mitchell, Jared Wise (Tammy), Nicholas Wise (Nicole), Garrett Wise (Rachel), Cale Wise, Maren Wise, Kyle Mitchell (Katie) and Cayli Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Madeline, Maya Wise, Kaitlyn, Allison O'Dowd, Maddison, Carly Roux, Dean, Nolan and Gemma Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heritage Square in Dixon and In Home Care Connection Hospice.
