She was predeceased by : her parents, Darrell Palmer and Ruth Palmer (Owen); her husband Delroy Long; her brother Lawrence Palmer; and her son Monte Long.

She is survived by : her sons, Brandon Long of Springfield, IL and Cyril Long (Vicki) of Dixon; her grandchildren, James Long (Nikkole), Sarah Shoulders (Jacob) and Michael Long (Tonja); her great grandchildren, Christopher Long (Jacki) and Kayleigh Long; and her great great grandchild Liam.
