He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora Swarts (Wolfe) and Glen B. Swarts; his stepfather Ed Erbes; and his brothers, George and Johnnie Swarts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Pacetes (Richard) of Dubuque, IA, Ashley Venier (Tyler) of Dixon, IL and Sarah Swarts of Dixon, IL; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Bryce, Braden, Sawyer, Sutton of Aniston, RJ, Mykah, Sophira and Jocelyn; his siblings, Ann Griffiths (Bill) and Patrick Albert; his niece Katie; his nephew Bill; and his former wife Marty Coffey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Glen's dear brother, Johnnie, to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
