He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul M. Harvey and Pearl A. Harvey (Anderson); his daughter Beth Ann; and his brothers, Paul and Richard.

He is survived by : his wife Janice Calkins; his children, Cayla Harvey (Jen Holloway) of Sterling and Tim Harvey (Tracy) of Mt. Morris; and his grandchildren, Chad Harvey (Bethany), Jared Harvey (Kelsey), Ashley Harvey, Jessica Kumar (Abhishek), Steven Wolbert (Kelly) and Elizabeth Spychala (Ben). He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren.
