She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Lawson and Lavina Lawson (Helfrich); and her husband Billy Kemp. She is survived by: her children, Rick Kemp (Sharon), Billie Mullan (Robert), Bobbie Brooks (Scott) and Susan Pickering (Matt); her grandchildren, William Mullan, Addison Mullan, Brandi Pitts, Matthew Pitts and Kristal Kemp; and her great grandchild Atlas Lee Pitts.

Memorials may be directed to any animal shelter of your choosing, in Judy's honor.
