She was predeceased by: her parents, George Schwamberger and Catherine Schwamberger (Sharkey); her husband Merle H. Bodmer of Patrick's Catholic Church; her daughter Christine; and her sisters, Mary Bullard (Ed) of Hinckley, IL, Margaret Castle (Bob) of Rock Falls, IL and Lucille Grady of Amboy.
She is survived by: her sons, Merle (Deborah), Michael H. (Karen) of Amboy and Dean (Cindy Hoyle) of Dixon; her grandchildren, Michael W. Bodmer (Rebekah), Natalie K. Bodmer (Justin Martin), Derek Bodmer, Grant Bodmer (Mariah), Angie Shugars (Jeremy) and Adam Lusz (Stacy); her great grandchildren, Lily, Hannah, Riley Bodmer, Austin, Caleb Shugars, Kate, Sam Lusz and Isabelle Carreno; her brother George Schwamberger (Barbara) of Franklin Grove, IL; and her brother-in-law Jim Grady of Amboy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
