He is survived by: his wife Rachelle Radke of Dixon; his children, Thomas Radke of Albuquerque, N. M. and Lisa Schryver (Jason) of Glen Ellyn; and his granddaughter Alyxandria Bitsui (Jeremiah) of Alpharetta.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established at Serenity Hospice and Home in Oregon, and Happy Tails Humane Society in Rock Falls.
