She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene L. O'Neil and Janet Werle (O'Neil). She is survived by: her significant other Dan Turner; her children, Josh Hickey (Kristen) of Steward and Jenny Stanley (Scott Fischer) of Lakemoor; her grandchildren, Hank, Everett Hickey, London, Aubreyana Stanley, Hailey and Karlee Fischer; and her siblings, Debra Hollowell of Caldwell, AR, Dean O'Neil (Theresa) of Dixon and Jim O'Neil of Chadwick. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, and Uncles.
A memorial has been established in Peggy's name. Contributions may be made to the "Peggy O'Neil Memorial" and mailed in care of Anderson Funeral Home, PO Box 605, DeKalb, IL 60115.
