He is survived by : his wife Debra Cummings; his daughters, Christine Bass (Scott) of Dixon, Debra Green of Jacksonville, FL and Jamie Boss (Mack) of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Jade Simmons, Hannah Bass, Makayla Bass, Lilly Bass and Aiden Boss.
