He is survived by: his wife Dr. Emma Watson; his children, Patrick Watson (Harriette), Gena Orr and Tyieashia Watson; his grandchildren, Joshua Watson, Marc'hetta Orr, Tyariana Curry, Jaliyah Thompson, Marcelis Mills, Khadijah Mills, Aalyah Goodwin, VeJay Norwood and Sheldun Norwood; his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Anniya, Aaliyah, Kaiden, Taleah, Le'Aunna, Omari and Luzuko; and his siblings, Patricia Griffin (Ricky), Jeannie Watson, Carolyn Massey (Eugene), Anthony Watson and Tandeleaya Ollison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
