He was predeceased by : his mother Mary; his brother Alan; and his father-in-law Merle Broberg. He is survived by : his wife Dawn Mayerak (Soppet); his sons, Jeremiah Mayerak (Tammy Grzesik) and Joshua Mayerak (Sara Jensen); his siblings-in-law, Jayne Ramirez (late Tony Ogborn) and Gary Soppet; and his nephew Allen Soppet (Megan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
