He is survived by: his mother Sandra Powles (Stokes); his wife Joyce Chapman; his sons, Christopher Powles (Brandy) and Seth Powles; his grandson Jakob Powles; and his siblings, Donald Powles (Kathy), Pamela Marsh (Russ), Bridget Harris (Jim), Marvin Powles, Jr. and Carolyn Hironimous (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
