He is survived by: his wife Renee Ketchem Hadden; his children, Nikki Blackburn (Chris), Todd Kuhl (Rachael), Michael Ketchem and Heather Crites (Dusty); his grandchildren, Paxton Kuhl (Trent Shideler), Payton Blackburn, Vidalia Kuhl, Mercedes Kuhl (Dillon Civitate), Kyla Kuhl, Treyton Kuhl, Briar Kuhl and Remington Crites; his great grandchild Montgomery Bilyeu; and his siblings, Ruthann Daiber (Charlie), Mary Mullen, Edward Kuhl (Betty), David Kuhl (Bev), Mike Kuhl and Aggie Huston (Gary). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
