He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Mullikin and Dora Mullikin (Pool); his siblings, Ed Mullikin, George Mullikin and Nancy Robbins; and his wife Janice Arseneau.
He is survived by: his children, Jodi Hutson (Dan) of Bonfield, Jill Mullikin-Deneau (Scott) of Morocco, Indiana, John Mullikin (Michelle) of Piper City and Joel Mullikin of Fowler, Indiana; and his brother Clinton Mullikin of Bourbonnais. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
