She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Savka and Anna Savka (Soloma); and her siblings, George Savka, John Savka, Helen Mozi, Ann Parker and Cecelia Hartline.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Horstmann (Mark) of Elkville, Sherry Leonchik (Gregory) of Naperville, IL and Ronny Spytek (Pattie) of Zeigler; her grandchildren, Tiffany Gelinas, Caleb Leonchik, Sarah Imhoff, Joshua Funk and Cory Spytek; and her stepgrandchildren, Dana Horstmann, April Horstmann, Sue Cravens, Jill Roberson, Ryan Horstmann, Joe Horstmann and Dean Horstmann. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, sixteen step great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at the funeral home.
