He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Sheehan of Nashville, TN, Rebecca Coons (Mark) of Morrison, IL and Stephen "Bo" Brumitt of Olympia, WA; his grandchildren, Nicholas Brumitt (Kali Crace), Lauren Sheehan, Jessica Wilkerson (Nate), Claire Vanderlaan (Cody), Zachary Coons, RyAnn Brumitt, Sophia Brumitt and Liberty Brumitt; his sister Lana Meyers (Fred) of Jasper, TN; his niece Brittany Meyers; and his nephew Justin Meyers.
A memorial has been established to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
