He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Kent and Inez Huston Kent; and his sisters, Yvonne Spoors and LaDonna Swendal. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Melani Clore, Jeffrey Kent (April), Bradley Kent (Sharon) and Vincent Kent (Linda); his stepchildren, David Mullins (Linda), Laura Barrent (Richard) and Sherry Link (Rob); and his sister Pauline Mason (John). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory - South Naperville (24021 Royal Worlington Dr, Naperville, IL 60564). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (2003 Hassert Blvd, Naperville, IL 60564).
