She is survived by: her husband Gary Weist; her children, Jenifer Gornik (Andrew), Debbie Schmitt (Shawn) and Jason Weist; her sister Kathy Velguth (Rick); her sister-in-law Linda Donellan; and her grandchildren, Tyler Schmitt, Emily Gornik, Drew Schmitt, Olivia Gornik and Ryan Schmitt.
