He is survived by: his mother Malinda Hamann; his brother Quentin Lee; his aunts and uncles, Lara, Chris Wannemacher, Shannon and Morgan Smith; and his grandparents, William, Patti Lee, Dale, Sandra Hamann, David and Lynn Pittinos. He is also survived by six cousins, and countless friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Champaign County Humane Society, where Ben found his beloved dog Cyan by.
