He is survived by: his children, Amy (Jonathan) and Carl Christopher (Morgan); his grandchildren, Olivia, Theo, Evelyn and Hattie; his siblings, Mark and Ann (Johnny); his nieces and nephews, Courtney (Jon), Lauren, Nicole and Tyler; his great-nieces, Abigail, Katelyn and Bella; and his great-nephew Eli.
