Edward R Forillo Obituary

On Wednesday, October 5, 2022, Edward Remy Forillo, loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather, passed away at the age of 77 after a two-year battle with cancer.

Ed was born on October 28, 1944 in Chicago, IL to Anthony B. Forillo and Lorraine (Kostaken) Forillo. He served in the U.S. Army and worked in the home improvement industry for over 40 years. Ed was known for his sense of humor and always had a joke to tell. He was a lifelong White Sox fan and he would often take his grandkids out of school to attend opening day.

Ed was the loving father of Ed (Amy) Kling, Dina (John) Cady, Lisa (Brian) Gardell, Shelly (Troy) Bjorseth, and Mark (Ana) Forillo; cherished grandfather of Alison, Jenna, Kevin, Courtney, Justin, Colin, Ryan, Cami, Maxwell, Piper, and Logan; and adoring great grandfather of Carter and Paloma. He was a devoted caregiver to his dog, Loki.
