She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Hannigan and Katherine Hannigan; her husband Arthur C. West; her children, Christopher West (Theresa), A. David West and Michelle West; her grandchildren, Austin West, Brittany Lazare (Lyon), Zoe West and Mia West; her sisters, Patricia Goeke (Marv) and Kathryn Schwab; and her sisters-in-law, Roberta Carroll (Tim) and Karen Kurdenok (George).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Hallowell & James Funeral Home (1025 W 55th St, Countryside, IL 60525). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Church (Unity Hall) (124 N Spring Ave, La Grange, IL 60525).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to either the Leukemia Foundation or the American Diabetes Association are appreciated.
