We are sad to announce that, on April 21, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Ellyn Kivitts of Downers Grove, Illinois, born in Plano, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Christensen and Anna Christensen (Iversen); her husband Harold "Pete" Kivitts; and her siblings, Robert, Howard, Paul and Betty.

She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Simms (Steven) of Lombard; her grandchildren, Julie Dennis (Aaron) of Lombard, Patrick and Daniel Simms of Villa Park; her great grandchildren, Ellyn, Benjamin and Samuel; her niece Judie Christensen; and her nephews, Corey Mundwiler and Jeff Christensen (Brenda).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Help Heal Veterans and/or Apollo Chorus of Chicago.
