She was predeceased by: her parents, Axel Moen and Mari Moen (Andersen Olsvigen); her former husband Harvey E. Lund; her husband Gordon R. Phillips; and her grandson David Anthony Wilk.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Johnson (Mike) of Kihei; and her grandchildren, Mike Johnson (Aimee), Bill Johnson, Danny Johnson (Sheilah), Brooke Ortiz (Ulises), Nicole Bordon (Dave) and Danny Wilk. She is also survived by Eleven great grandchildren; three step children; six step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
