He was predeceased by: his wife Therese; his parents, Florence Cozzolino and Stephen Cozzolino; and his brother Gregory Cozzolino. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Cozzolino, Ashley Loy (Michael) and Christopher Cozzolino; his grandchildren, Madison, Olivia and Ava Grace Loy; and his siblings, Steven Cozzolino (Mary), Wayne Cozzolino and Tina Tatum (Robert).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hallowell & James Funeral Home (301 75th St, Downers Grove, IL 60516). A prayer was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
