She was predeceased by: her spouse Wray Vern Barlow McKenzie; her parents, Henry (Pearl) and Heethius; her siblings, Bernard (Ann), Edward, Edna Attarian (Edward), Evelyn Wagenmaker (Clarence) and Betty Wissink (Rodney); and her daughter Ann Marie Kiley (James).
She is survived by: her children, Sue Ellen Bolt (Jan Eric) of Santa Rosa, CA, Wray Vern (Patti) of Big Rock, IL and Mark Allen (Joan) of Naperville. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Donations in Henrietta's memory can be made directly to the McKenzie Family, who will then forward those tributes on to the Ann Kiley Development Center.
