She is survived by: her husband Dr. Gonzalo "Ito" Bolisay; her son Dr. Arnold Bolisay (Danielle); her grandchildren, Kaila, Nicholas, Andrew and Trevor; her child Liecel Bolisay; her grandchildren, Hannah, Jenna and Charlie; her daughter Clarissa Bolisay Dillet (Jared Dillet); her grandchild Malia Kinger; her son Ronald "Otts" Bolisay (Ken Thompson); her sister Lagrimas "Enya" Sambat (Romy Sambat); and her nephew Ralph Sambat. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
