She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Hahn and Marion R. Kotlin; her husband James A. Cerny; and her siblings, Neal Hahn and Jean Conely (Hahn).

She is survived by: her children, Joan Cerny Cimaglia (Carl Cimaglia), James Cerny (Ximena) and Jeffrey Cerny (Zani); her grandchildren, Sebastian, Nicolas, Lucas, Marcus, Alison, Austin and Adam; her sister Marilee Dalen (Hahn); and her daughter Janet of Master's Degrees. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the YMCA are appreciated.
