She was predeceased by: her husband Ted Fornek; and her sisters, Lillian Berezniak (late Bruno), Lottie Trybus (late Edwin) and Irene DeSalvo (late Phil). She is survived by: her children, John (Geraldine) and Alice Luetger (Matthew); and her grandchildren, Michael, Brian (Kenzie), Jennifer Tsai (Jim), David and Mark.
