We are sad to announce that, on December 14, 2023, at the age of 95, Jenny Post of Downers Grove, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dick Post; her children, Teresa Hughes (late Michael), Gertrude Heerema (Allen) and Gerald Post (Regina); her grandchildren, Traci Hoogendoorn (Justin), Eric Heerema (Kristen), Kelly Day (Matt), Jamie Wolgemuth (Mark) and Maria Post (Mark Lecocq); her great grandchildren, Taylor (Wimberly), Alexis, Trevor (Claire), Austin Hoogendoorn (Chelsea), Cole, Miles Heerema, Jackson, Carter, Kamryn, Tucker, Gibson Wolgemuth, Rosanna Jantje and Simone Lecocq; her great great grandchildren, Silas and Baby Hoogendoorn; and her daughter Jenny. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
