He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Arnold and Bessie Arnold (Liles); his wife Mary Elizabeth; and his sisters, Phyllis Holste, Doris Shaw and Ruby Vahle.
He is survived by: his sister Martha McCoy; his children, Lori Balsamo (Michael) and Steven Arnold (Catherine); and his grandchildren, Vincent Balsamo, Matthew Balsamo, Daniel Balsamo, Dominic Balsamo, Shelby Balsamo, Elliana Arnold and Fenghuang Arnold. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, and many friends.
