He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Geri; his children, John, Jr. (Toni), Jennifer Spock (Jason), Jeanette Konieczka and Elizabeth Cumbo (Kristin); and his brother Donald Parker (Donna).
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hallowell & James Funeral Home (301 75th St, Downers Grove, IL 60516). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
