It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Chase Olson (Downers Grove, Illinois), who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon P. Chase and Marie Chase (Bollinger); her husband Guy E. Olson; and her sister Barbara Donaldson (Chase). She is survived by: her sons, David G. (Jacque) and Stephen M. Olson (Jeanette); her grandchildren, Jon Olson, Juliana Deans (Derrek), Maudeleine Olson, Marc Olson (Elizabeth) and Joel Novak; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Benjamin Olson and Myles Deans.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams-Winterfield & Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Services (4343 Main St, Downers Grove, IL 60515). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
