We are sad to announce that, on May 1, 2026, at the age of 89, Peter Walter Voss Jr. (Downers Grove, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Peter shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Peter farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Voss, Sr. and Annis Hayes Voss; and his brother Jerrold Voss (Jean). He is survived by: his wife Janet Piper Voss; his children, Peter Voss, III (Cydney), Erika Voss Turckes (Steven) and Hans Voss (Maureen); and his grandchildren, Gunther Voss (Brie), Maxine Voss, Harrison Turckes (Mattie), Piper Turckes, Henrick Turckes, Aiden Voss and Lucille Voss.
