Welch (Genevieve), Richard E. Welch (Marilynn), Ruth I. Waterman (Welch) and Marilou Welch; his former wife Margery L. Welch; his son-in-law James H. McMahan; his wife Susan E. Welch; his sister Peggy A. Snowdall (Welch); his children, David A. Welch (Deborah) and Holly R. McMahan (Welch); and his grandchildren, Cori L. Knutson (Welch), David R. Welch, Erin R. Yang (McMahan), Jonathan D. McMahan and Michael B. McMahan. He was also cherished by 10 great grandchildren.
