He is survived by: his spouse Louanne Marsha Mitchell; his children, Karen Sue Mitchell of Williams Bay, WI and David James Mitchell of Highlands Ranch, CO.; and his grandchildren, Robert Kielmar (Mitchell), Holly Mitchell and Andrea Mitchell.
